They do NOT call back existing clients and rarely answer the phones. Every time I try to make a payment it takes them days, of voicemails, to return any calls. If I actually want to be called back I have to call the main line and speak to someone as a potential customer because they give the run around about answering their phones in office. Then when I had a question in regard to why I received no notice when payments were to start back up after paying a few ahead, it's only per request. But they don't tell you that so they can add late fees and talk down to customers on the phone. Insinuating I just ignored her saying they just send bills. When I made the friendly suggestion they may want to notify people they can request payment reminders, she quit speaking to me entirely and acted as if I had no validity to my statements.
