They do NOT call back existing clients and rarely answer the phones. Every time I try to make a payment it takes them days, of voicemails, to return any calls. If I actually want to be called back I have to call the main line and speak to someone as a potential customer because they give the run around about answering their phones in office. Then when I had a question in regard to why I received no notice when payments were to start back up after paying a few ahead, it's only per request. But they don't tell you that so they can add late fees and talk down to customers on the phone. Insinuating I just ignored her saying they just send bills. When I made the friendly suggestion they may want to notify people they can request payment reminders, she quit speaking to me entirely and acted as if I had no validity to my statements.

Laura, we are sorry you feel this way. We pride ourselves on our highly rated customer service and take each opinion seriously. We have many avenues of communication available to suit your needs. We have onsite staff available Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm. We can be reached in person or by phone. If you call and we are assisting other clients, you have the option of leaving a voice mail or speaking to our customer service associates who are available at all times of day and have the capability to answer questions and process your payment as well. In addition, you may email us or send customer contact thru our website. All customers are informed at move-in of our procedures as stated in the written agreement. Our $10 late fee which is applied after an account becomes a full 10 days past due is the lowest and most lenient in the industry, and we provide extensive avenues to help you keep your account current and avoid that fee. We accept all forms of payment; cash, check, credit card, or money order. The payments may be made in a variety of ways; via phone, an after hours answering service, mail, online thru our website, in person at our office, in our drop box located at the front door for after hours convenience, and we also have the option of automatic payments. We hope you find this information useful. All customers are of the utmost importance, and we thank you for doing business with us.

customer service is great Several sizes for storage. Very clean and and safe. Customer service is great. I won't go anywhere else to keep my items to store and feel confident to store them. The nice part about the facility that we liked is the space b/c we are having inventory that we are going to get delivered there with a typically with a 53 foot semi trailer so we saw the back entrance that we could come in. You guys are one of the few in town with that much space and availability. We certainly appreciated it."
